Garlic Parmesan French Fries (Best Air Fryer Recipe)
Storing Tips
Homemade Garlic Parmesan French Fries are at their best when fresh, but if you have some leftovers, they can be kept in the fridge for up to three days. To preserve their texture, store the cooled fries in an airtight container.
While you can freeze them, it’s not advisable since it tends to change their texture, making them quite soft when you reheat.
For reheating, set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the fries for about 3-5 minutes, or until they’re warmed through and regain their crispiness. Alternatively, you can use the oven; just place the fries on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for roughly 5-10 minutes. Reheating in an air fryer or oven is effective for restoring that satisfying crunch, unlike using a microwave, which often leaves fries soggy.
